A superb opportunity has arisen for an office based Business Development Executive to join our small but ambitious sales team with future opportunities for progression.
The ideal applicant will enjoy and have experience working with CRM databases.
Responsibilities
* Research and gather information for new B2B leads.
* Make outbound B2B calls to prospects for qualification.
* Put new leads onto CRM system.
* Administer and maintain the Sales CRM database.
* Produce outbound email marketing campaigns to new prospects.
* Configure CRM settings, workflows, and email campaigns to target prospects.
* Ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
* Generate CRM reports and dashboards.
* Stay up-to-date with CRM software updates and new features.
* Contribute to ideas for new CRM workflows.
* Generate introduction meetings with prospects for Sales Director.
Qualifications
* Experience in a sales support role.
* Strong knowledge of CRM software including workflows.
* Organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Positive attitude and able to work independently or collaboratively as a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Good memory retention.
