Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead the entire Manufacturing Team, including logistics and stores.
* Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing industry techniques and innovations.
* Proactively engage new product introductions.
* Lead by example in Instilling a continuous improvement culture into the department
* Build and oversee supplier relationships and stock management.
* Complete responsibility for departmental health and safety requirements.
* Facilitate audits and tours of the facility, both internal and external.
* Oversee onboarding training of new employees.
Requirements
* Experienced operational leader within a manufacturing environment, overseeing production, stores and logistics.
* Strong background in people management.
* A good understanding of continuous improvement.
* A sound understanding of health and safety principles.
