I’m currently partnering with a well-established business looking to hire an After Sales Support Executive to join their UK operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer service or sales support who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering a first-class customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of support
* Managing queries end-to-end with a focus on first‑time resolution
* Coordinating product returns, repairs, and warranty processes (RMA)
* Building strong relationships with service centres, dealers, and internal teams
* Supporting operational improvements and departmental projects
* Occasionally visiting customer sites to support inspections and returns
What they’re looking for:
* 1+ year experience in customer service or sales support
* Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset
