Laser Operator Job Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Laser Operator to join their expanding team on a 2-shift rotation basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Setting of tools
2. Setting of the machine
3. Editing programs and checking parts
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience with Bystronic fibre lasers and CO2 lasers
* Experience with Trumpf punches is desirable; training may be provided based on performance
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings in both first and third angle projection
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision
Additional Information
Location: Chilton
Hours of Work:
* Dayshift – Mon–Thurs: 8:00am to 5:00pm; Friday: 8:00am to 12:30pm
* 2-shift rotation – Mon–Thurs: 2:30pm to 11:00pm; Friday: 12:30pm to 7:00pm
* Early shift – Mon–Thurs: 6:00am to 2:30pm; Friday: 6:00am to 12:30pm
Rate of Pay: £13.73 per hour
