Quality Control Engineer, Kent
Monday:Friday, 8:00am:4:30pm (39 hours per week)
Commutable from : Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham
GBP30,000 : GBP35,000 DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join the team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Perform technical validation of products, raw materials, components, and traded goods, including interpreting technical drawings and TDS.
* Analyse quality data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
* Create and maintain testing sheets and inspection SOPs.
* Support root x2011;cause investigations using recognised problem x2011;solving tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing or laboratory x2011;based quality role.
* Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.
Desirable:
* CMM measurement experience.
