Supply Teacher Opportunity - Retired Teachers Welcome
Location: Lancaster
Start Date: October 2025
Pay: £130 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Flexible Part-Time, Day-to-Day Cover
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting retired teachers from any subject specialism who are looking to return to the classroom in a flexible way. This exciting opportunity is available across mainstream Primary and Secondary schools in the Lancaster area, providing cover across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4.
This is the perfect role for experienced and qualified teachers who would like to support local schools on a part-time, day-to-day supply basis in a rewarding and flexible capacity.

Requirements:
Hold QTS status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching EYFS/KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4
Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to obtain one)
Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, with any breaks explained
Legal right to work in the UK
