Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity in South Wales

Role Details:
* Four-day week, with part-time considered.
* 1:5 full Saturdays and 1:20 Saturday mornings.
* No new out-of-hours work, just in-patient cover with support from dedicated night RVNs.
* Protected lunch breaks, built-in admin time, and 15-minute appointments.
* Flexibility to work across sites or focus on one.
