Commercial Property Solicitor – South Wales – 2+ Years PQE (DOE)
Due to expansion, this regional practice is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to undertake a varied caseload of commercial property matters. JOB REF: TL2113
Responsibilities
* Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
* Manage a varied real estate caseload including leases, development matters, option agreements, overage and promotion agreements and more.
* Handle your own caseload and play an active role in assisting to grow and develop the team further.
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
