We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Property Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of property maintenance across our portfolio. This individual will lead maintenance staff and vendors, manage preventive and emergency repairs, and ensure that all buildings and grounds are maintained in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of all properties within the portfolio
2. Develop and implement a structured preventive maintenance plan
3. Supervise and manage a team of in-house maintenance staff and liaise with external contractors as required
4. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any maintenance issues
5. Ensure that all properties comply with relevant health, safety, fire, and building regulations
6. Coordinate and prioritise emergency repair work to minimise disruption
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs
8. Source and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers
