You will have the responsibility to assist the team and Telecare Innovator Supervisor on the relevant and existing Telecare provision. You will act as a key point of contact for discussing appropriate Telecare sensors across the County and support the coordination of Telecare equipment installations for both assessed-need and private customers. You will also assist with new innovations and sustainability of provision.
We are looking for a friendly individual with a detailed understanding of the use of Telecare equipment for people with complex needs and the ability to provide solutions, advice, and support to our customers to join our Telecare team.
* 4 GCSEs (Graded A-C) or equivalent OR NVQ 2 Customer Service
* In depth knowledge of Telecare Services

Please note this part time post working pattern will be Wednesday PM, Thursday, and Friday.
