* Support the delivery of financial controls and compliance across the organisation.
* Perform detailed reviews of financial processes and identify areas for improvement.

* Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and evaluate risk within the finance function and propose mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
* Provide support during internal and external audits.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements within the FMCG sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controls Analyst should have:
* A strong foundation in accounting and finance, ideally with a relevant qualification.
* Experience working within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
* Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
