The firm is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its highly respected team in Guildford.This is a great opportunity for a senior employment lawyer looking to take on high-quality work, act for a prestigious client base, and enjoy a strong work-life balance outside of the City.The firm's top-ranked Employment team handles a wide range of high-quality contentious and non-contentious matters. This includes employee relations advisory work, restructures, tribunal and court disputes, employment documentation, corporate support, and complex TUPE matters related to commercial outsourcing. As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will:Advise employer clients across a range of sectors on employment law matters, from day-to-day HR advisory work to major strategic disputes.Lead on Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and executive service agreements.Work closely with the Corporate team to provide employment support on M&A and restructuring matters.Supervise and mentor junior team members, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team.Participate in business development and maintain strong client relationships.What could make you stand out?
Qualified solicitor/lawyer/legal executive with 6+ years' PQE in employment law.
