Graduate Teaching Assistant – ASAP Start (North London, N9 Area)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North London (N9). This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on classroom experience and make a meaningful impact on young learners.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will provide both general classroom support and targeted interventions, helping pupils to reach their full potential academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support teaching and learning across the classroom as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
2. Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to deliver targeted support
3. Assist in planning and preparing learning resources
4. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
5. A degree in any subject (2:2 or above preferred)
6. A genuine interest in education and becoming a Graduate Teaching Assistant
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. A proactive and adaptable approach
