Who are you?
* Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
* A confident individual with good people management skills.
* Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
* Experienced with small engine machinery.
* Good IT skills.
* Full, clean driving license required.
* PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
* Knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation.
* Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.
A glimpse into your role
* Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance.
* Manage site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
* Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
* Operate company vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care, ensuring routine checks and servicing are recorded.
* Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor. During summer months, work will primarily be on the Airbus Aerodrome (Airside).

* Enhanced DBS clearance (provided by us)
* Driving competency checks
* Medical clearance for working airside
* Five years of full address history
* Tractor driving experience is advantageous
