You'll play a central role in the design process from concept to delivery, working closely with buyers, account managers, and factories to bring compelling collections to life.Hybrid working 3/2 is also offered in this role
Main Responsibilities will include:
1. Design & Development - Create innovative concepts, mood boards, and detailed technical specifications that translate trend into commercial product
2. CAD & Technical - Produce accurate, polished CADs and tech packs with strong attention to detail
3. Trend Research - Stay ahead of the market, identifying key outerwear trends and translating them into relevant, sellable designs
4. Buyer Relationships - Lead design meetings with retail buyers, presenting with confidence and building strong, lasting partnerships
5. Fabric & Trim Sourcing - Identify and source new materials that elevate product quality and innovation
