What you’ll be doing
* Promote a collaborative team environment with open communication, uphold company values, and encourage a positive workplace
* Manage and coach colleagues to achieve targets and maintain health and safety standards through effective performance conversations
* Work collaboratively within the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to deliver outstanding site results and KPI performance
* Plan resources and ensure stock accuracy and security using forecasts and trends
