We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Psychology Department for one year to cover a sabbatical. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting psychology provision in the areas of degree scheme development, teaching and research. More details of our programmes can be found at
We are seeking a psychology lecturer to contribute across the curriculum and other topics appropriate to undergraduate teaching, such as employability and skills development. The department would welcome applications in all areas of Psychology but would particularly welcome applications in the areas of counselling, coaching and mentoring and in qualitative methodology. An interest in online delivery or provision of courses would be an advantage to support the development of postgraduate online courses. There is scope to advance your own lines of research and applied work in collaboration with colleagues from a variety of disciplines in the University. We welcome applications from psychologists with a PhD or very near to completion, a developing publishing record and those keen to add to a thriving research environment preferably within the themes of: social justice and inequality; social interaction and language; wellbeing, resilience and place; mental, cognitive and physical health and; culture, community and identity.
