Join the Distribution & Planning Team as a General Cargo Coordinator!
Hours: 40 Hours a week - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (occasional Saturday work if needed) Based in the office and Warehouse.
Salary: Up to £35K DOE
We're looking for an organised and experienced individual to manage bookings, coordinate customs processes, and be the key contact for customers and hauliers.
What You’ll Do:
1. Handle general cargo bookings and customer queries
2. Update internal and external systems
3. Coordinate customs processes for the External Temporary Storage Facility (ETSF)
What You’ll Need:
4. Solid IT and Excel skills
5. Knowledge of customs procedures, container planning & stock control
6. Experience with warehouse/terminal systems
7. Great communication and organisation skills
8. Forklift & driving licence (preferred, training available)
