Are you a Technical Coordinator or similar with residential experience, ready to step into a Technical Manager role with full project ownership?
On offer is a senior role within a growing developer, leading technical delivery across bespoke residential developments.
This company are a well-regarded residential developer with a strong reputation and growing pipeline.
In this role, you will manage the technical process from planning through construction, coordinating consultants across architectural, structural, civil and M&E disciplines. You will oversee drawings, RFIs and technical queries, support site teams, and ensure compliance with regulations and programme targets.
This role would suit someone from a construction, engineering or architectural background with strong residential technical knowledge, looking to step up into a more senior position.
The Role:
* Managing technical delivery from planning through to completion
* Coordinating consultants across architectural, civil, structural and M&E disciplines
* Car Allowance & Bonus
The Person:
* Technical Coordinator or similar background
* Residential construction / housebuilding experience
* HNC/HND or Degree + Full UK Driving License
