About the Role
As a Delivery Manager – Digital, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of outcome-based deliverables across high-performing, multi-disciplinary squads. You’ll work closely with development teams, product owners, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth, continuous delivery of value-driven web applications.

What You’ll Do
* Lead agile delivery teams using Scrum or other methodologies
* Collaborate across product and technology teams to ensure alignment
* Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and workshops
* Manage risks, dependencies, and governance processes
* Support backlog grooming and capacity planning
* Mentor and coach teams to foster continuous improvement
* Align technical delivery with customer needs and business strategy
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2+ years leading delivery teams or projects, ideally in the media or audio streaming industry
* Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution
* Leadership: Servant leadership style with a focus on team empowerment and strategic alignment
* Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Office Suite
* Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and product delivery frameworks
