We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Despatch Assistant to join our Nursery near Romsey, supporting the packing and despatch of nearly 1 million plants annually to our 22 Garden Centres across the South.

Key Responsibilities
17. Accurately packing plant orders for our Garden Centres
18. Labelling and cleaning plants for customer readiness
19. Picking and preparing picture labels
20. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety procedures
21. Cleaning and resetting processing areas between shifts
22. Supporting other areas of the warehouse and nursery as needed
Shift Details
23. Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
24. Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM
25. Bank Holidays (April–August): Required during peak season (time off in lieu provided)
26. Overtime: May be required during busy periods
27. Due to our rural location, candidates must have reliable transport
