Assistant General Manager - Revolucion De Cuba
Salary: £34,000 + 50% OTE Bonus
What you’ll do
* Supporting your GM in leading the team with ambition and integrity to drive sales and deliver our purpose
* Managing Stock Control
* Payroll Management; incl. labour control
* Driving team training and encouraging team development
* Developing incentives and recognition opportunities
* Proactive recruitment within your venue
