Job Description
This role requires providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the tendering process. The Tendering Administrator ensures that all tender submissions comply with the required standards and are submitted within deadlines. The role involves coordinating documentation, liaising with internal teams and external parties, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate effective tender management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, collate and proofread tender documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with submission requirements.
2. Coordinate the collection of necessary information from various departments to support tender preparation.
3. Maintain detailed and organised records of all tender documents, correspondence and amendments.
4. Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documentation.
5. Assist in the development and updating of tender templates and standard documentation.
