LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in Greater Manchester who are seeking a Childcare Legal Officer for an initial period of nine months. The successful Childcare Legal Officer will support the team of Childcare Lawyers, alongside undertaking the following tasks. S.7 and S.37 reports, Carry a small PLO caseload, Prepare bundles, Drafting correspondence, Liaising with Counsel. You will be joining a collegiate, friendly, busy team. The client is ideally looking for someone to work on a hybrid basis, however, they would consider someone fully remote. To be considered for the role you must have previous experience working as a childcare legal officer and handling a PLO caseload. Previous local government experience is highly advantageous. This is a full-time position- 37 hours per week for three months initially. Pay rate on offer is between £45 per hour umbrella. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
