We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Insight Performance & Data Manager to join our Bristol Substance Use Treatment Service as part of our Insight team. This is a fixed-term contract for six months, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
Your Role
In this role, you will:
* Respond to regular and ad-hoc reporting needs for diverse audiences, from team members to senior management and commissioners.
* Showcase performance and celebrate the incredible work of our services and staff, going beyond just KPIs.
* Lead and inspire teams, helping them reach their full potential.
* Research and understand the social value of our work, as well as that of our competitors.
* Make strategic recommendations to guide our services and organization forward.
* Provide insights to enhance operational effectiveness and improve the quality of life for those we support.
Are You the One?
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing large volumes of data and can navigate databases and Excel effortlessly.
* Can break down complex problems into manageable solutions through collaboration.
* Has experience with client management systems, particularly in improving data quality.
* Possesses line management or supervisory experience, especially in team development and performance management.
* While experience in health and social care or substance misuse data is a plus, it is not mandatory.
