Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant located in Felixstowe. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to interviewing and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include consulting with clients about their hiring needs, sourcing potential candidates, and conducting interviews. The role also involves providing professional advice to clients on recruitment strategies and ensuring the highest level of candidate experience. Along side this if you are passionate about driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals, this is your opportunity to shine as there would be a sales element to it aswell.
Qualifications
* Recruitment and Consulting experience
* Interviewing and Recruiting skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work on-site in Felixstowe
* Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus
Salary £30,000 to £40,000 - D.O.E
Commmission Bonus also Available
