Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and eager to make a real difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of fantastic primary schools in Birmingham on a flexible supply basis.
⭐ About the Role
As a Tradewind Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Work across different schools, gaining a variety of experience
Be adaptable and confident working with children of varying abilities and needs

Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
A positive attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across different settings
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
