Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role offers opportunities for career development and progression within JD Group.
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
* Drive sales by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized.
* Support store operations, assist in other departments, and adhere to safety guidelines.
* Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
* Manage stock levels and ensure shelves are appealing and well-organized.
* Address customer queries professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion rate, ATV, UPT.
* Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure stock is fully replenished on the shop floor.
Skills and Experience:
* Positive attitude towards fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments.
* Enthusiasm for personal development and learning new skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in engaging with customers.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
