Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Remote with travel to Inverness once a quarter must be based in Scotland
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role with scope for growth. Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Timely preparation of management accounts and related reports in line with agreed deadlines
2. Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies, managing client expectations throughout
3. Supporting and mentoring junior team members to achieve departmental objectives
4. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
5. Providing guidance on technical accounting issues to ensure clarity and accuracy
6. Creating and updating detailed process documentation for each client and ensuring team compliance
7. Staying informed on developments in management accounting to maintain high service standards
