Requirements
* Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
* Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other SEN needs
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and behavioural management skills
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, positive relationships with students and staff
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings and SEN environments
