First up, we are looking for a Full Time Supervisor with potential progression into Management.

Supervise a small Team of Baristas ensuring the shop is following company standards in brewing and customer service.***Autonomy to run shifts on your own and alongside the owner***Excel in Customer Service to enhance our customers experience and to promote positive online reviews.***Be involved in creating Signature drinks, Food Specials, Events***Ensure profitability of the shop, managing team rotas and shifts.***Adhering to Health and Safety & Cooksafe Regulations***Being a point of contact for all customers buying our coffee beans and giving advice on how to brew at home.***Some simple food Preparation
Outstanding Customer Service and the ability to educate customers on our Coffee and Brand in a friendly manor.***At least 1 years Supervisory experience in a Coffee led environment***Ability to work in small teams and on own.***MUST have a passion for coffee and the ability to drive the coffee sales in our business. xkybehq ***innovative personality***Organised in paperwork and organising shifts.
