1 Assist Adjt/PSAO with the preparation and delivery of Unit boards, including managing the transfer process into Unit. 2 Liaise with the Adjt/PSAO to agree succession planning in accordance with the Unit Workforce directive. 3 As directed by the RCMO, manage qualifications and courses for trainer future employment (maintain/assist the staff qualifications matrix). 4 Mentor all personnel that require ALDP ensuring that they achieve this within the time frame set out in doctrine. 5 Support the Training Wing in managing the Unit Work in Progress training for staff and Visiting Instructors, ensuring all personnel remain in date. 6 Deliver outputs to a high standard, in accordance with policy and doctrine. 7 Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others. 8 To plan, manage and support Community Engagement Events (CO Open Days and RRMT days), IOT maintain Unit visibility and promote recruitment.
