Key Responsibilities
* Creating amazing experiences through authentic customer service.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interacting with customers, educating them about our products, and building rapport.
* Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock replenishment.
* Handling cash management and adhering to security and safety policies.
* Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
