Manage and train kitchen and dining staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Develop and maintain breakfast menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences. Monitor inventory and supply levels to ensure readiness and quality of breakfast offerings. Implement cost control measures to optimize budget and reduce waste. Respond to guest feedback promptly, resolving any issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving breakfast service and offerings. Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during breakfast hours. Essential Qualifications: No specific educational qualification required.
