Customer Service Advisor Required Darwen, Lancashire 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday Office Based 28 Days Holiday We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support our client based in Darwen, Lancashire, operating within the energy sector. This is a 7-month fixed term contract offering an excellent opportunity to join a busy and professional office environment. The Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data while providing high-quality support to key energy provider customers across the UK. This is a data-driven role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to question discrepancies and identify trends.
