This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where your communication skills and attention to detail will be highly valued. Full training will be provided, and there are opportunities to grow within the company.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
2. Providing administrative support to our external Area Sales Managers
3. Preparing customer quotations with managed statistics
4. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
5. Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries
6. Managing and updating customer records in our database
7. Proactively handling sales leads and opportunities
Essential Skills & Attributes:
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills
9. Strong organisational and time management abilities
10. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
11. Proficient in basic computer applications
12. Able to work independently and as part of a team
13. Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
14. Experience with Sage software (training provided)
Full time, permanent role with a salary level of £25k per annum + Bonus (based on performance targets)
