Join a successful and well-established team in Tamworth on one of the busiest contracts they service.
This is a full-time permanent role working Monday - Friday with a generous basic salary of £26,830 and an additional OTE of £4,200 per annum.
The role involves managing and developing a portfolio of customers within your designated contract field, achieving targeted sales growth while ensuring the highest level of customer service and support, in line with the Sales Desk Quality Manual.
Duties include:
1. Process orders accurately
2. Produce quotations as required
3. Update company systems (manual data entry), maintaining accuracy at all times
4. Maximise sales opportunities from incoming and outgoing calls to identify future business potential and generate quality leads where appropriate
5. Cross-sell and up-sell
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures
