We have a new vacancy for a Finance Administrator to join our friendly Finance team at our office in Cheltenham. This is a great opportunity for someone with this type of experience within a finance function to join us on a six month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will work closely with one of our Senior Finance Managers to oversee the management of pay data into the PortmanDentex associate pay system, Caragon (the term "associate" refers to our self-employed clinicians). You'll be responsible for the payment run process and ensuring the clinician list is accurate and up to date. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1. Uploading and reviewing data from various systems into Caragon.
2. Raising payment runs from supplier accounts on our accounting system for authorisation and payment by our Cash & Banking team.
3. Ensuring the integrity of our Clinician master data .
4. Working on exceptions queues to ensure all corrections are worked in time for pay date so errors are kept to minimum.
5. Being responsible for lab supplier reconciliations .
6. Running lab reports and pay schedule reports.

7. Confident with supplier statements and reconciliations
8. Previous experience in a Finance Administrator role, particularly if you have Purchase Ledger experience
9. Strong IT skills, especially in Excel
10. Results driven, with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced business
We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
