37 hours per week Arts University Plymouth is seeking to appoint a new Head of Data and Insights, to help drive the delivery of the University's 2030 Strategic Plan, focusing on market insights to support growth and diversification of the course portfolio. The Head of Data and Insights is a critical and highly influential role, working across the University’s operations to deliver key services and drive forward our strategic objectives. About You: ● You will enjoy working with multiple clients, leading and supporting data-driven projects ● You will thrive on presenting complex data and insights to a range of audiences, and making recommendations which inform key University decisions ● You will have experience in developing Higher Education management information systems ● You will have expert knowledge of data returns, data management and regulation in a Higher Education context ● You will bring management experience to lead and develop the Data and Insights team. About The Role: The Head of Data and Insights will: ● Work closely with the Deputy Vice-Chancellor to help grow student enrolments, through new and diversified course provision, and new modes of study ● Lead student data monitoring and insights for the University ● Lead analysis of the University’s performance in public-facing benchmarks and rankings ● Line manage the Data and Insights team ● Lead the delivery of key data returns for Higher and Further Education ● Lead development of the University’s data reporting and monitoring systems.
