We are working on behalf of Southend On Sea Borough Council and are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their dedicated Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team and help deliver outstanding support and safeguarding services. About the Role: As a Social Worker within our CWD Team, you will: Work with children and young people with complex needs, safeguarding and supporting them to achieve positive outcomes. Carry out high-quality assessments and develop effective care and support plans. Collaborate closely with families and multi-agency partners to ensure holistic, child-centred care.
