Ph Water & Air Technologies are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager within our Air Division to join our team. As the Air Hygiene Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the department's operations, from project delivery and client management to team leadership and compliance. You'll ensure that every contract meets client expectations, health and safety requirements, and company standards, while driving efficiency and profitability across the business.
You will play a pivotal role in liaising with internal departments, developing staff, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting our sales and estimating teams.
What you receive for joining us:
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 33 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays), company pension, private healthcare, financial loyalty bonus, accrued hours scheme, company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone and expenses. Working status is office-based from our Head Office in Farnborough, 8am–5pm Monday to Friday. Travel to client sites across the UK will be required in line with operational needs.

Here's a look at some of the things you'll be doing:
* Oversee and manage all air hygiene contracts and projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with company standards, KPIs and legislative requirements
* Plan, delegate and monitor workloads across operational teams, conduct appraisals, identify training needs, and ensure staff competency and compliance at all times
* Act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors while supporting sales, estimating and post-sale activities
* Manage budgets, tenders and contract finances, verify labour and materials against estimates, oversee RAMS and documentation, and provide accurate monthly management reports
Can you show experience in some of these areas?
* Proven experience in an Operations or Contracts Manager role within the air hygiene sector, with strong leadership and people management capability
* Solid understanding of ventilation hygiene standards, fire damper testing requirements and wider air compliance legislation
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including the Health & Safety at Work Act and COSHH, with the ability to ensure full operational compliance
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, monitoring profitability and improving operational systems and processes
* Full UK driving licence with flexibility and willingness to travel
