The Family Solicitor will be:
* Advising on complex financial remedy cases, including multi-jurisdictional assets
* Handling international relocation and offshore trust matters
* Managing cases often exceeding £10 million in assets
* Advising on divorce, children matters, injunctions, and nuptial agreements
* Contributing to business development and client relationship building
Profile
The Family Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with NQ+ PQE in family law
* Experienced across divorce, financial remedies, children matters, injunctions, and nuptial agreements
* Skilled in managing complex, high-value cases with sensitivity and commercial awareness
* Strong in negotiation and client relationship management
* Ambitious, collaborative, and adaptable to a flexible working environment
