The Product Manager will drive the delivery of our solutions. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products from inception, product launch, and ongoing support and monitoring of key product metrics though to end of life.
Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy: Support the development and maintenance of the product vision and strategy in-line with the business goals and objectives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
3. Product Roadmap Execution: Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with technical product owners and development teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
5. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our products meet their expectations.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
7. Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with design teams to produce and test prototypes, identify weaknesses, and obtain feedback from clients.
Skills and Experience
8. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
9. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of product management experience within the SaaS industry.
10. Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of product functional domain, market landscape, customer requirements and leading practices.
11. Technical Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with technical product owners and development teams.
12. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
13. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
14. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Proficiency working with Jira and Aha!
