Experience is preferred however there is no need for tons of qualifications - we provide you with the training needed. Duties
* Powerwashing - previous experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided
* Perform general cleaning duties including window cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Perform deep cleaning duties including kitchen cleans, carpet cleaning, floor cleans, detailed cleans etc
* Working at height - with ladders, MEWPs etc
* Use hand tools and power tools as necessary for specific cleaning tasks or maintenance.
* Call out cleans - biohazard cleaning etc
* Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
* Driving is essential - experienced drivers required.
* Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a clean and efficient working environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an Industrial cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Experienced driver essential - valid license
* Certified in IPAF and CSR preferred.
* Successful candidates will be required to undergo an AccessNI check as part of the recruitment process
* Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A proactive attitude towards health and safety regulations in the workplace.
