The Role
You will be recruiting IT professionals across Europe. There is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to advance their billing. The role is primarily permanent recruitment, but the company considers candidates transitioning from contract roles in relevant markets. They are also interested if you wish to target a senior market, as they have an executive search division operating on a retained basis.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants earn a basic salary of £30,000-£40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission rates of 20%-30% on earnings above a £6,000 threshold, including existing client accounts
* Work schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment, including client acquisition
* Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
* Experience in international hiring is preferred
* Must reside in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is a plus
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
