Overall purpose
As a Project Engineer you will be focussed on technical IT project implementations specifically for a short term to support a major cyber security project. This role is expected to be for an initial 2 month period and will require someone who is immediately available to start Mid-April 2024.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Engineer will be expected to have the ability to deploy and troubleshoot the following applications:
1. Tanium - Software/Patch/Asset Management
2. Secureworks (Taegis platform) - Managed Detection and Response
3. Crowdstrike – AntiVirus
4. TenableOne - Vulnerability Management
What we need from our Project Engineers:
* Good IT knowledge.
* Be able to run through the deployment approach with onsite technical teams and run through presentation materials.
* Strong and professional communication skills (oral and written form) – able to address queries and requests for information (the project’s primary language is English, however, the supported sites are across Europe, therefore, strong English language skills are required).
* Problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical and scheduling challenges, including with non-technical staff at client sites.
* Develop necessary documents, including how-to guides, email templates, etc, in order to keep existing documentation current.
* Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
* Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and service orientated in support of the project’s aims.

* Competitive salary engaged on a Fixed Term Contract basis preferred annual leave 23 days pro-rated to the contract term.
