Join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst (6‑month FTC – Maternity Cover) and help deliver accurate, meaningful reporting that keeps our business moving in the right direction.
What you’ll be doing
1. Be a key member of the Finance BI team, delivering accurate, timely and insightful reporting using Power BI, Databricks and Business Objects.
2. Work closely with Finance stakeholders to provide clear insights that support decision‑making.
3. Maintain and run our suite of Finance BI reports.
4. Handle ad‑hoc data queries via the Finance BI mailbox.
5. Support business projects as directed by the BI Manager or Senior Analyst.
6. Recommend improvements to report design and ensure reporting quality and compliance.
7. Support the migration from legacy tools (Alteryx, Business Objects) to Databricks.
8. Help develop front‑end reporting in Power BI.
9. Build strong relationships with analysts and stakeholders across Evri.
10. Ensure all reporting meets GDPR and data governance standards.
What you’ll bring

11. Experience producing reports to set timescales and deadlines.
12. Strong Excel skills and a high level of numerical and analytical ability.
13. A proactive, professional attitude and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
14. Experience using dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
15. (Advantageous) Experience with Alteryx, report development or data modelling.
16. A strong problem‑solving mindset - able to investigate root causes and create clear solutions.
17. An understanding of how reporting connects to operational performance and business KPIs.
18. Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
