Contract Support Facilities Management

Salary: £12-13 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management service provider, who are looking for a proactive Contract Support to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional support to both clients and contract managers.
The Role As Contract Support, youll be the central point of coordination for the day-to-day running of FM contracts. Youll ensure all documentation, reporting, and compliance is accurate, while providing outstanding service to clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Provide full administrative support to the Contract/Account Manager
Maintain compliance documentation, health & safety records, and statutory certification
Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support financial reporting
Assist with contract reporting, KPI tracking, and client presentations
Coordinate engineers schedules, site access, and job allocation
Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are handled promptly
Support mobilisation of new contracts and smooth running of ongoing projects
About You Previous experience in Contract Support, Facilities Management administration, or similar role
Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and CAFM systems (desirable)
Numerically confident with experience processing invoices, purchase orders, or financial reports
Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
