What the KS1 Teacher will do
The KS1 Teacher will lead daily phonics, guided reading and early numeracy as the KS1 Teacher, planning engaging lessons that ignite curiosity. The KS1 Teacher will assess pupils regularly, run targeted small-group interventions and communicate progress with parents as the KS1 Teacher. The KS1 Teacher will be part of a reflective phase team, contribute to enrichment and help shape the KS1 curriculum as the KS1 Teacher.
