Operations / Project Manager – Prostate Screening
As an Operations / Project Manager, you’ll oversee the safe and efficient delivery of PSA clinics, MRI pathways and PRS processes across your region.
You will collaborate closely with clinical teams, university partners and NHS stakeholders to keep services running smoothly, hit all key performance targets and ensure every patient receives an excellent experience.

Remote role with occasional UK‑wide travel (You’ll manage your own diary – typically 12 trips per month, potentially more during onboarding.) Flexible working within core office hours.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading day‑to‑day operational delivery across multiple trial sites

* 3+ years experience in healthcare operations
* Strong communication, planning and problem‑solving skills
* Proven ability to manage complex pathways and multiple stakeholders
